Dallas, Texas – The Dallas Police Department is appealing for public assistance in the search for Jessie Schipper, a 72-year-old woman who has been missing since January 7th, 2024. Ms. Schipper was last seen around 1:30 pm in the 3300 block of Seevers Ave. She is described as being 5’4″ tall and weighs approximately 100 lbs. She has gray hair and brown eyes, making her easily identifiable. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a gray hoodie with “Winnie the Pooh” over a denim hoodie and khaki pants.
