Since 1989, Carl Anderson played the role of Santa Claus at NorthPark Center, becoming an integral part of countless family traditions. Generations of children visited him each year, sharing their wishes and dreams.
Anderson’s portrayal of Santa Claus was so iconic that he was inducted into the Santa Claus Hall of Fame. Known as Central Texas’ best storyteller, he had a natural talent for connecting with children and spreading holiday cheer.
Carl Anderson was not just a Santa Claus; he was a cherished friend to many. With an enthusiastic and gregarious personality, he made friends wherever he went. His kindness and generosity touched the hearts of all who knew him.
One of Anderson’s greatest joys was creating magical moments for children during his 30-year tenure as Santa at NorthPark Mall in Dallas. His dedication to bringing smiles and happiness to young faces was unmatched.
