H-E-B has announced its plans to further expand its presence in North Texas with new store openings and groundbreaking ceremonies. The Texas-based grocer is set to open more doors, bringing its renowned shopping experience to additional communities.
The expansion kicks off with a groundbreaking ceremony for the planned Prosper location, situated at the strategic corner of Frontier Parkway and the Dallas North Tollway, on April 2. This event marks the beginning of H-E-B’s latest venture in North Texas, signaling growth and accessibility for residents looking forward to having an H-E-B store closer to home.
Following closely, on April 10, H-E-B will celebrate the grand opening of its first Tarrant County location, H-E-B Alliance, located at 3451 Heritage Trace Parkway. This new store in Tarrant County adds to the list of H-E-B locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area, joining the ranks of existing stores in Plano, Allen, Frisco, and McKinney.
In addition to these new stores, H-E-B is making progress on its Joe V’s Smart Shop brand expansion in Dallas. Earlier this week, ground was broken for the second Dallas Joe V’s Smart Shop at the corner of Buckner Boulevard and Samuell Boulevard. Joe V’s Smart Shop, an affiliate of H-E-B, has enjoyed success in the Houston area since its launch in 2010. Dallas residents can look forward to the opening of a Joe V’s location at the corner of Wheatland Road and Highway 67, anticipated to be the first store outside Houston to open its doors this summer.
